Background
I have worked in and around the residential & commercial construction industries for over 20 years. During that time, I have held positions as project manager, site supervisor, carpenter, draftsman, estimator, and consultant. I also worked as a custom furniture maker and shop foreman for part of that time. Throughout my years of experience, I have learned and adopted the policy that "The client comes first". I am a firm believer of this, and make every effort to ensure that this policy remains a priority.

Home Inspections
Every inspection is conducted and performed, to the OAHI/CAHPI Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics. You may view or download them from either the OAHI or CAHPI websites. The goal of the home inspection is to concentrate on the major systems and components of the house, identifying any significant expenses that the client may need to budget for. Some of the smaller deficiencies that are inevitable in every home will also be pointed out. An exhaustive list of every minor flaw will not be provided during or after the course of the inspection.
